Our Custom Horse Collection is a limited-edition, made-to-order cookie set created entirely around your own horse.

Using your photos as our reference, we’ll capture their colouring, markings and individual features across a collection of cookies, because if you're going to spoil them, you may as well make it spectacular.

Whether they're a ribbon-winning superstar, a beloved old soul, a professional snack thief or the reason your bank account is permanently empty, this collection is all about them.

LIMITED CUSTOM SPACES

These aren't an off-the-shelf product. Every pack is individually designed and decorated, which means we can only take on a limited number of custom orders at a time.

Once our available spaces are gone, they're gone.

To create your collection, you'll provide photos of your horse along with their name and any important details we need to know. We'll then turn those details into a cookie collection that's uniquely theirs.

Because your horse isn't generic.

Their cookies shouldn't be either.

Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Photos & Personalisation

Please email us clear, detailed photos of your horse or pony after placing your order, or send them via our social media pages.(Our email is equineeatsntreats@gmail.com)

Please include their name with the photos.

For the best result, photos should clearly show their face, markings, colouring and overall appearance. The more useful reference photos we have, the better we can capture their individual features.

Please note that custom cookies are handmade artistic interpretations of your horse and are not intended to be exact photographic replicas.

Payment & Custom Slots

Your custom space is not secured until payment has been received.

Work on your cookies will not begin until payment has been received. If payment has not been made within 48 hours of your order, your custom slot may be released and offered to another customer.

As we are only accepting a limited number of custom orders, we are unable to hold unpaid spaces beyond this timeframe.

Production & Dispatch

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your custom cookies to be designed, made, decorated and dispatched.

Custom cookies are made individually, so please allow the full production timeframe when ordering.
