Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
It is calculated on the approximate size of the parcel. - at this stage its an estimated flat rate with no extra rural charge.
We use Post Haste and NZ Post couriers and contractors
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you have ordered a custom item the processing time may be up to 5 days before shipping.
All of Mainland NZ
We cannot send to Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island. We cannot ship outside of NZ at this time
Once the package has been dispatched it is in the hands of the courier company and out of our control.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Treats are best stored in a sealed air tight container at room temperature.
If your treats came with a silica gel packet pop that into your air tight container with the treats. (do not eat it or feed it to your horse)
Keep treats our of direct heat or sunlight.
The return policy lasts 21 days
Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order with relevant photos/evidence and an explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. (seconds or sale items)
Our returns are done in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and does not cover change of mind.
The customer is responsible for return postage.
Any Refunds are processed minus shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the item.
Our products comply with the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines (ACVM) Act 1997 that apply to them and an ANC. and are exempt from registration.
Relevant allergy/ingredient/batch information is available on all product labels and on the website.
We do not use any swabable ingredients. We Stay up to date on clean sport policies and the FEI banned substances list and do our utmost to prevent contamination but we cannot make absolute guarantees.
